YPCC Gives Back To Moore County
Your Pet Care Connection is actively involved in our Moore County community. We love our local community, and want to give back to Pinehurst and surrounding areas every way we can. Community Charity Events
We love giving back to our small (but rapidly growing!) community. We give back through actively plunging into local tent events, charity drives, and more!
We're proud to have attended and donated to groups such as Woofstock & the Sandhills Dog Fair (Previously The Downtown Aberdeen Dog Fair) since they began their annual pet charity events. We also participate in our local Pet Supermarket’s monthly pet adoption events, the first Saturday of each month from 1-3PM, and regularly attend various pop-up events around town. YPCC Charity Donation Drives
YPCC is more than just pet care, we're family! More than that, we're a family that cares. We want to see each pet flourish and be well provided for. YPCC runs regular pet food and supplies donation drives to help give back to the pets within our community.
We currently donate to the Moore County Animal Shelter, Caring Hearts For Canines, Paws Of The Pines, and The Coalition For Human Care's Food Pantry for those in need. Have an organization you'd like us to run a drive for? We're all ears! Shoot us an email and let's get chatting!
Paw-Some Pet Charity Photo Booths
Everyone loves a good pet photo booth! And what better way to have fun, while raising money for a great cause?! Come on out, get some adorable same-day polaroid pictures with your pet, and support our local pet rescue groups.
Each year YPCC hosts a series of pet-tastic holiday photo booths, at our local Pet Supermarket in Southern Pines, to help support our local pet shelters. Take your own photos for free, or get two pawsome polaroid pictures of your pet with any $5 or more donation. 100% of proceeds go to support local pets in need!

New Pet Parent Gift Baggies, For Local Animal Shelters & Pet Rescue Groups

YPCC cares about creating the best possible start for new pet, and their pet parents.We want to see each pet flourish and be well provided for. YPCC regularly gifts our local animal shelters and pet adoption groups with starter gift baggies, to go out with their newly adopted cats and dogs.

Pet-Tactic Charity Raffle Baskets
YPCC is always looking for new ways to plug into the community. We make a point of shopping at small local businesses, such as Cared For Canine & Cat, for our donation baskets and always have our nose to the ground for new opportunities to donate to other local non-profits.
We currently donate pet gift baskets, to be raffled off, to The Sandhills Dog Fair, Woodstock, Hogs For Dogs @Cox Double Eagle In Pinehurst, Moore County Animal Shelter’s Paws For A Cause, and other local pet rescue groups upon request. YPCC believes that each and every pet deserves a loving home. Our core values have lead us to encourage pet parents to welcome new family members into theirs. We offer a $10 care credit, good for any YPCC care service, with proof of new pet adoption. Just because you needed another excuse to adopt. 😉

Here at YPCC we strive to help connect - connect pet owners with resources, connect rescue groups with people willing to help donate their time / resources, and connect pets with their new loving homes.

Paint A Pet Rock, For Local Retirement Home Residents
YPCC is always looking for new ways to plug into the community. YPCC’s “Paint A Pet Rock” program aims to help bring a little joy to Moore County’s local nursing home residents.
We understand that making such a large life change, and not being able to bring your furry family member with you, is a challenging move. With YPCC’s program, we encourage Moore County locals to spend some time in acknowledging that change.
Through our FREE painting workshops, MoCo residents can paint a pet rock, name it, and write a short note to someone making that life change. Check out our YPCC Events Calendar, to see when you can come out and join us!
